I found this, but no matter what Service Tag / Serial Number I feed it, it just says 'Invalid service tag. Lastly, anyone know any better thin clients than the Wyse ThinOS ones? Returning it, while deliciously spiteful, is not an option. Hoping this is addressed in a firmware update, but requiring a separate support contract on loads of BRAND NEW equipment just to obtain said firmware is just asinine.
Having trouble with monitor compatibility, where the monitor is blank until the DP to HDMI cable is unplugged and replugged into the thin client. One customer just got about 40 of the new 3020 LT wireless models for us to install.
Maintaining the support on them with Dell for all those customers doesn't even make sense, but that's a different rant.
